做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
