做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
