做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
