做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
