做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
