做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
