做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
