做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
