做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
