做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
