做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
