做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
