做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
