做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
