做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
