做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
