做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
