做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
