做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
