做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
