做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
