做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
