做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
