做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
