做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
