做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
