做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
