做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
