做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
