做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
