做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
