做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
