做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
