做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
