做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
