做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
