做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
