做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
