做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
