做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
