做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
