做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
