做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
