做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
