做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
