做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
