做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
